I am delighted to welcome you to Sacred Balance. I am an independent healing practitioner, certified as a Belief Coding Facilitator and a certified level I, II and Master level practitioner of Usui Reiki. With two powerful modalities, I offer gentle and transformative healing to both people and animals.

I am passionate about both Reiki and Belief Coding and the amazing transformation I see my clients achieve again and again. It is fundamentally important to me that my healing practices put me in service to others, providing a safe and supportive environment for you to overcome the things that dim your light and impede you from being your very best self.

My incentive to become a holistic therapist came from a spontaneous spiritual awakening and a strong desire to heal myself. The more I experienced the benefit of inner healing, the more I felt compelled to share the possibilities with others. I have worked through and healed a multitude of my core wounds and limiting beliefs which has completely changed my view of both myself and how I approach life. I found Belief Coding to be utterly life changing and I remain, to this day, absolutely dedicated to my healing and ongoing awakening journey.

Over recent years I have come to appreciate that working with the subconscious mind undertaking shadow work isn’t for everyone, so I wanted to offer an alternative and that’s where Reiki comes into its own. Reiki is the easiest therapy to receive, it is gentle, completely safe, non-intrusive and perfect for anyone wanting to feel better, mentally, emotionally and physically, without the need to open up and verbalise inner thoughts and feelings, or re-visit past trauma.

Over my years of working with animals, I’ve seen so many fantastic pets begin to suffer from ill health as they grow older.
